The new YouTube based indie film distribution revolution - several fiction features with over 7,000 views, 1 with 500K+ views, 1 with 1 million+ views

Indie film is paradoxically fixated on the glory days of the past, even though it is the alternative to Hollywood.  The gatekeepers of indie film are still dreaming about the 1990s breakthrough indies that were distributed through Hollywood and became somewhat famous. That was around 20+ years ago - practically a lifetime when it comes to modern art and entertainment. The new indie fiction feature filmmakers are using YouTube to make their movies available to viewers from all over the world. Here are several such movies.
